About the Role:

As a Senior Principal Biostatistician, you will be responsible and accountable for all statistical work, both scientific and operational, for one or more assigned clinical trials. You will collaborate closely with the clinical trial team and the global clinical team (GCT) to ensure the success of our clinical trials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee all statistical aspects of clinical trials, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of statistical outputs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, analyze, and interpret clinical trial data.
  • Provide statistical expertise and guidance to the clinical trial team and other stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement innovative statistical methodologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of clinical trials.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for statistical practices.
  • Mentor and support junior biostatisticians, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree (PhD or MSc) in Biostatistics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in biostatistics, preferably within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
  • Strong knowledge of statistical software (e.g., SAS, R) and programming languages.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
