Senior Performance Marketing Manager
Location: Hybrid (2 days in-office)
Salary: Up to £60,000

We're partnering with a business at a pivotal point in its marketing transformation, moving towards a more data-led, commercially-driven approach. As part of this evolution, we're hiring a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead the charge on performance insight, analytics, and optimisation across all marketing channels.

What you'll be doing
As a senior team member, you'll drive marketing performance through deep data analysis, helping shape strategies across acquisition, retention, brand, and growth. You'll lead the measurement and evaluation of marketing campaigns across digital, offline, paid, owned and earned channels, using robust models and analytics to demonstrate ROI and guide decision-making.

This is a hands-on role where you'll build trust in the numbers, champion a test-and-learn approach, and help put data at the heart of marketing strategy.

What we're looking for

Proven experience in marketing performance and data analytics

Deep, hands-on expertise with GA4 and GTM

Experience working with app analytics tools (e.g. Appsflyer, app store data)

Strong skills in tools like Excel, Data Studio, Power BI - SQL a plus

A natural problem-solver with the ability to turn data into action

Comfortable building confidence in marketing's impact across the wider business
