Are you a data enthusiast looking to turn raw numbers into meaningful insights that make a real difference?
Due to an internal promotion, we are seeking an experienced Senior Performance Data Analyst to join our team. You’ll analyse and interpret performance data for Aston Martin’s global dealer network, playing a crucial role in pushing boundaries and driving change.
In this role, you’ll work with large datasets, creating dynamic reports and interactive dashboards that keep dealer performance on track. Your insights will be central to our continuous improvement efforts, revealing trends and identifying opportunities to enhance dealer performance and streamline processes. Working with Tableau and Salesforce, you’ll transform data into real-time reports that regional teams can easily understand and use. By continuously improving how we measure and evaluate performance, you’ll help us achieve new heights and maintain alignment with company goals.
You’ll have the autonomy to develop new standards and performance programs that drive dealer excellence and the opportunity to work closely with our Network Performance team to refine dealer operating standards. Your role will be embedded across different functions, and you’ll build close connections with regional teams to elevate dealer performance management. You'll be the one who finds connections between data points that others might miss, making your work essential in guiding dealer performance improvement.
Proficiency with data visualisation tools and advanced Excel skills are key here, as is the ability to communicate complex insights in a way that’s easy for others to act on or understand. Ideally, you’ll be as comfortable questioning the norm as you are working with numbers. Experience with SQL and a background in the automotive industry is beneficial. Still, above all, we’re looking for a data-driven thinker who is proactive, resilient, and ready to tackle any challenge that comes their way.
This is a full-time hybrid role based at our Gaydon HQ. Travel to different Aston Martin offices may be required occasionally. Standard working hours are Monday through Thursday, from 08:30 to 17:00, and Friday from 08:30 to 15:00. We are open to discussing flexible working patterns during the interview process to suit the right candidate.
This is a chance to make a meaningful impact, working with a team that values your insights and drive for excellence. In this role, you’ll manage projects and see your ideas come to life, with the potential for significant global reach. If you’re ready to be part of an exciting journey where your work shapes the future of our dealer network, we’d love to hear from you.
