About the team

We’re an organic content team looking for ahighly skilled, English-speaking Senior Online Content Specialistwith a strong attention toeditorial detail, a passion for data and technology, and a sharp business sense. The ideal candidate is a professional editor or content manager with a track record of planning and managing performance-driven content initiatives and a keen interest in SEO and user-growth strategies. Join our dynamic, global SEO team and play a crucial role in expanding our international online presence.

Excelling in this position requires thriving in a collaborative environment, working closely across different time zones with copywriters, editors, SEO experts, data analysts, designers, publishing specialists, external agencies, and more. This is a hybrid role based in the Czech Republic or London, with flexibility to work remotely, but requires some in-person collaboration at our Prague headquarters, Brno office, or London office.

What You Will Do in This Role

  1. Manage and execute the Acquisition content strategyfor our blogs in different international markets, ensuring we deliver outstanding editorial quality that supports our global websites and brands.
  2. Prepare and adapt content before it’s translated, ensuring our content meets the needs and expectations of UK, German, French, and other international audiences.
  3. Manage the localization process, including formatting and ticketing articles, to guarantee editorial and product accuracy.
  4. Plan and oversee the editorial calendarto ensure smooth publishing processes that support our global websites, brands, and audiences.
  5. Manage a publishing pipelineof articles about digital security and privacy, identity protection, scams, financial wellness, device optimization, and related topics to help people safely navigate their digital lives.
  6. Collaborate with our expert editorial teamto create impactful and engaging long-form content seen by millions of people around the world.
  7. Closely monitor and optimize the performanceof all content to deliver against challenging traffic, engagement, and conversion targets.
  8. Work cross-functionallywith copywriters, marketing and product managers, subject-matter experts, SEO specialists, designers, developers, and technical teams to ensure impeccable content that supports our product roadmap.
  9. Continually learn and refine techniquesfor gauging the needs and preferences of international audiences, and for planning and delivering content that matches that.
  10. Help solidify our brandsas industry leading and highly trusted sources of information that offer audiences and customers a best-in-class experience.

What You’ll Need to be Successful in this Role

  1. Bachelor’s degreein journalism, communications, marketing, or a related field.
  2. 5+ years ofexperience as a project or content manager, with proven ability to lead and deliver multiple projects simultaneously, from inception to completion. 3+ years ofexperience working with a teamof writers, editors, or project managers, coordinating with multiple stakeholders under tight deadlines.
  3. Meticulous attention to detail, with strong proofreading and copy-editing skills highly desired.
  4. Experience working with content about technology, especially in some of the following areas:online security and privacy, identity protection, financial wellness, device optimization, and SaaS.
  5. Ability to quickly research and understand complex subjects andadapt content to international audiences.
  6. Proficiency usingweb analytics tools(e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Semrush, etc.) to evaluate content performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  7. Knowledge of (or a strong desire to learn about) fundamentalSEO principlesand how to optimize web content for maximum organic search visibility.
  8. Familiarity withconversion-rate optimization(CRO) techniques and a passion for testing new ways to improve content performance.
  9. Ability touse a CMSto edit and publish content independently.
  10. Positive,can-do attitudewith a flexible and committed approach to work.
  11. Detail-oriented, organized, results-driven, and able to work independently with only directional supervision.
  12. Fluency or proficiency in German and/or French is a big plus.
