Location: London, Hybrid (2-3 days onsite)

Rate- £ 550 - £585 PD depending on experience - 3 month Rolling

We are seeking a Senior Microsoft Power Platform Developer for a contract role in London to support and enhance existing client Power Apps platforms. This role is ideal for a skilled developer with a strong ability to work directly with clients to understand complex business challenges, and to collaborate seamlessly with solution architects and the Technology Director.

In this role, you will develop Power Apps solutions that align with corporate and technology strategy, ensuring your work supports key technology objectives and initiatives. You will also build Power Automate workflows and design APIs to integrate Dynamics 365, Power BI, Microsoft Data Fabric, and third-party platforms. With a focus on creating secure, high-quality data flows and solutions, your work will align closely with client needs while meeting strategic business and technical goals.

Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Problem Solving: Work closely with clients to understand business challenges and translate these into actionable technical requirements. Apply insights to develop solutions that address client needs effectively.

Power Platform Development: Design, develop, and maintain advanced Power Apps solutions that align with corporate and technology objectives.
API & Integration Development: Build secure, scalable APIs to enable seamless integration between Dynamics 365, Power BI, Microsoft Data Fabric, and third-party systems.

Power Automate Workflows: Develop robust workflows using Power Automate to enhance automation and operational efficiency.

Custom Business Solutions: Configure and develop custom applications within Dynamics 365 (D365), ensuring alignment with both client business needs and overarching corporate technology strategies.

Data Integration & Security: Implement secure, efficient data flows across systems, prioritizing data integrity, security, and compliance with best practices.

Collaboration with Architecture & Leadership: Work alongside solution architects and the Technology Director, ensuring that your work aligns with broader architectural and technical strategies.

Skills and Experience
Client-Focused Development: Demonstrable ability to work directly with clients, understand business needs, and deliver technical solutions that address real-world challenges.

Microsoft Dynamics/Power Platform Expertise: 5+ years of development experience in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, ideally within a Microsoft Partner organization.

Technical Leadership: Proven experience in mentoring developers and contributing collaboratively with solution architects and technical leadership.

Technical Proficiency:
Deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform, including canvas and model-driven app development.

Strong experience in building complex workflows with Power Automate and customizing Dataverse.

Proficiency in C#, .NET, Azure Services, and web technologies (JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS).

Advanced Power BI skills with the ability to create dynamic, client-centric visualizations.

Data Architecture & Microsoft Data Fabric: Demonstrable knowledge of data architecture principles, particularly Microsoft Data Fabric and SQL Server, enabling secure and integrated data solutions.

Agile & DevOps Practices: Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps tools, including Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
Problem Solving: Exceptional problem-solving skills with a proven track record of delivering innovative solutions to complex technical challenges.
