Whatyour job will be The Data and Analytics team is playing animportant role in Wealthify’s growth ambitions as it moves fromstart-up to scale-up. We want to transform the way we communicatewith our customers, gain a deeper understanding of theirrelationship with us including their digital journeys and we wantto design new products and propositions that support them. We wantto provide insight to the business that enables them to make theright strategic decisions. Your expertise will help us to build asecure and scalable data infrastructure to help support theseambitions. You will be developing efficient data pipelines foracquiring, processing, cleansing, and transforming diverse datasources for integration into our data platform. You will workclosely with data scientists, analysts and business stakeholders tounderstand data requirements and translate them into scalabletechnical solutions. Our data is in good shape. But you’ll supporton a programme of work that brings all our data into one place,meaning less time is spent by analysts on data transformation andwe can move more quickly from idea to insight. It’s a great chanceto gain experience in the latest cutting edge Lakehouse technologyand would suit someone looking to develop their experience in DataEngineering under the guidance of the Senior Data Engineer. Youwill establish best practices, conducting code reviews, andfostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
