Senior Marketing Data Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Data Analyst in our Data team. As a Senior Marketing Data Analyst, you will be expected to develop in-depth knowledge of Funding Circle’s marketing activities and products. You will be an expert in marketing analytics, supporting analytical initiatives and fostering a data-driven culture within Funding Circle.

Responsibilities

1. Design and execute experiments to test marketing hypotheses across channels, segments, and audiences, deriving actionable insights.
2. Develop, test, and implement predictive models for customer segmentation, retention, and lifetime value.
3. Communicate complex technical findings clearly to stakeholders, facilitating informed decision-making.
4. Analyze datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
5. Share knowledge within teams and mentor junior members, fostering a collaborative environment.
6. Stay updated with trends in data science and marketing analytics to employ the best techniques and tools.

Requirements

• Experience working with marketing data, understanding marketing channels and metrics.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability, with a practical, outcome-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in statistical modeling, including supervised and unsupervised learning; knowledge of GenAI and LLMs is a plus.
• Programming skills in Python, with experience in data manipulation using Pandas, NumPy, SQL.
• Ability to work with large datasets and handle data quality issues.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Commitment to continuous learning and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
