About The Team:

HelloFresh is on the hunt for a talented Senior Marketing Analytics Manager to support our exciting and ambitious marketing plans for 2024 and beyond as the business continues to grow rapidly.

Reporting into our CMO and working closely with Marketing Growth and Brand functions, you’ll be analysing available data to support marketing and wider business decisions, supporting key quarterly and yearly budgeting processes, post-campaign analysis of marketing initiatives, and making the team’s routines more efficient and automated when possible, supporting the development of dashboards and tools to make performance analysis as quick and insightful as possible.

What You Will Be Doing:

The Marketing Analytics Team that is designed to play a vital role in the success of HelloFresh UK's marketing initiatives responsible for collaboratively developing insights & reports to support marketing teams. Enabling them to make more optimal informed decisions, improve visibility, speed and autonomy of data-driven decision making. 

You will work with this team to achieve:

Good data governance, data quality and reporting standards An effective operating model for the Insights & Reporting team, that maintains collaboration between functional teams and the data team. Marketing metrics and KPIs that are delivered and maintained in scalable and sustainable way Automation of repetitive tasks and analysis Identification of new commercial opportunities, and driving them from ideation to execution

This team is intended to represent the best of HelloFresh’s data-driven culture in the UK. This role will also involve: 

Driving the adoption of advanced analytics techniques to optimise marketing campaigns, measure performance, and uncover insights that enhance customer acquisition, retention, and engagement Collaborating closely with the marketing teams to identify key metrics and develop data-driven strategies that align with business objectives Developing a deep understanding of the marketing and foodtech industry landscape, market trends, and customer dynamics to inform marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities Working closely with the local and central teams to assess performance levers, proactively surface outliers and opportunities, and contribute to the development of new marketing initiatives Providing strategic guidance to the marketing team based on data insights, competitive analysis, and market research

Who You Are:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial or marketing analytics, data science, or a similar analytical role Leadership and line management experience - a plus! Analytical by nature, motivated self-starter and a born problem-solver who’s not afraid of liaising with other teams to implement solutions Have extensive hands-on experience working with Excel / Google Sheets, SQL and Tableau at an advanced level, with the aspiration to expand your commercial acumen Can interpret a Python script and make your way through to any necessary changes Great at transforming data and numbers into insights and real-life opportunities. You are also keen on implementing and tracking the solutions yourself Highly motivated by a fast-paced culture of continuous feedback, growth and healthy debate Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with both technical and non-technical individuals Have great organisational skills and can easily manage a team, defining priorities and proposing new and more efficient ways Strong experience in commercial or marketing analytics, data science, or a similar analytical role Strong analytical and technical skills, including expertise in statistical analysis, data visualisation, and working with tools such as Tableau, Python, and SQL Commercial acumen and the ability to think strategically, translating data insights into actionable marketing plans and strategies You are level headed and responsive during challenging business situations You are able to balance attention to metric details against efficient and rapid execution
