Responsibilities: ● Provides robust, reliable, andinformative data for key IT decision-making, including operationalperformance, portfolio performance, headcount data, and more. ●Works with various levels of management and leadership roles toidentify business requirements and develop innovative solutions. ●Crafts the reporting cycle, ensuring the right data is delivered tothe right people, at the right time, to drive insightfuldecision-making. ● Establishes, owns, and evolves the mechanisms tocapture, validate, and visualise data sources. ● Leads dataanalysis and data visualisation professionals, developing theirskills and knowledge and ensuring the team is able to meet theneeds of the department. Required Skills and Experience: ●Sophisticated and extensive experience of data visualisationsoftware - particularly PowerBI. ● Good understanding of databasemanagement, data processing technologies, and data warehousedesign. ● Highly-developed presentation skills, comfortable holdingthe attention of VP-level partners and above. ● Exceptionalattention to detail, able to spot to the tiniest flaws that canhave a major impact on data integrity. ● Experience in leading dataengineering or reporting teams. “Nice To Have” Skills andExperience: ● Solid understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM)principles, andor Portfolio, Programme, and Project Management. ● Adegree in Data Science, a related field, or equivalent experience.In Return: We offer exciting and interesting work in a diverseteam.
