Data & Analytics are increasingly important for CCEP, as new insights unlock growth opportunities and value for our business. We're pioneering the forefront of our industry, leveraging innovative technology and insights to drive success. The Data & Analytics team will be instrumental to achieve the ambition by 1) introducing data and AI management practices, to be good, trusted and responsible 2) measuring of the data & analytics capabilities and incremental improvement 3) monetise the investment and 4) pursue a data driven mindset.

What does the Senior Manager, Data Governance do?
The Senior Manager, Data Governance is responsible for implementing data-driven business process improvements, embedding the right data strategy and principles, enhancing data quality, and supporting the consistent use of enterprise taxonomy and ontology across CCEP. This role manages both data governance and AI governance frameworks to ensure data is treated as a valuable asset and AI is handled responsibly. The Senior Manager, Data Governance collaborates with business stakeholders and senior leadership to identify, document, and govern critical data assets and address data quality issues, driving business data ownership and stewardship within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

· Strategic Framework Management: Guide business stakeholders on data governance and influence BPT (Business Process and Technology) teams to comply with data excellence methodologies.

· Data Quality Program: Coordinate data quality decelerators and support data stewards in resolving ongoing data quality issues.

· Governance Framework: Guard key aspects of the data governance framework, including processes, rules, standards, and policies.

· Data Governance Content: Manage data catalogues, dictionaries, and business glossaries to ensure common standards are followed.

· Tool Implementation: Advise on the implementation of master data management, metadata, and quality management tools.

· Data Integrity: Collaborate with BPM (Business Process Management) and Profectus (CCEP’s business transformation program triggered by the implementation of SAP S/4HANA to streamline and standardise core business processes) to maintain the integrity of data processes and models.

· Legal and Compliance Partnership: Ensure data quality policies and standards reflect legal, compliance, and security needs.

· Strengthen Data Management: Supports BPM (Business Process Management) and other stakeholders in improving data management practices.

· Drive Data-Driven Mindset: Promote a data-driven mindset within the organisation.

The Senior Manager, Data Governance will be responsible to effectively:

· Manage the strategic data and AI governance framework within Customer Service and Supply Chain by guiding business stakeholders on its application to business processes and demands and

influencing BPT teams to comply with data excellence methodology.

· Provide guidance and monitoring of the data quality status in partnership with data stewards across the business and support ongoing issue resolution.

· Guard the key aspects of the data governance framework within CCEP, including processes, rules, standards, policies, and principles for collecting, storing, and using data. This includes

leading relevant business data forums to drive the data agenda within the function (functional and data forums, quality forums, etc.).

· Own the data governance content in applications such as data catalogues, dictionaries, and business glossaries to ensure common standards are followed, from implementation, training, and

ongoing governance.

· Provide expert advice on the implementation of master data management tools, as well as metadata and quality management tools as required.

· Guard the integrity of CCEP data processes and data models in collaboration with BPM and Profectus.

· Partner with legal teams and CISO to ensure data quality policies and standards reflect legal, compliance, and security needs.

· Guide BPM and other business stakeholders on ways to strengthen data management.

· Drive change plans towards a strong data-driven mindset.

You can demonstrate experience in the majority the following…

· Strong background in data and business process and governance, preferably within Customer Service and Supply Chain.

· At least 5 years of experience in leading design and defining processes/driving process optimisation with business teams as well as implementation of data/business process programs.

· Proven track record of experiences in working in any area of data technologies, data modelling, data quality, data steward or delivery responsible

· Proven experience in strategic implementation of complex business initiatives

· Proven ability to function as valuable business partner for a variety of stakeholders.

· Building a network of relationship with senior business stakeholders.

· Ability to deal with uncertainty and able to drive strategies and new ways of working.

You or others consider yourself a…

Business oriented, with attention to detail without losing sight of the strategy and is pragmatic in decision making. Ready to be hands on while still able to drive strategic programs. Able to business partner with a variety of functions and teams, mostly remotely and translate data topics into business language. Self-driven and with analytic mind to be able to quickly assess business demands, passionate about excellence and curious about benchmarking CCEP vs external parties on the data journey.
