About the Role:

The Senior Manager Data Analytics & Operations will lead the development and ongoing operation one of our largest brands. This role requires extensive experience with analytics and technology tools both syndicated and proprietary. The ideal candidate must be able to proactively communicate ideas and opportunities build strong relationships with internal and external partners and drive the growth and development of the data operation practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Operations:Actively engage in the design development implementation and maintenance of a comprehensive data management and integrity programme. This will include establishing data collection transformation and distribution processes quality control and troubleshooting and the delivery of reporting applications.
  • Team Coordination:Manage crossfunctional teams (including supervision of onshore offshore teams) to understand complex data issues establish priorities develop improvement plans allocate resources and implement solutions. Facilitate communication and progression of tasks through regular status meetings and working sessions
  • Data Quality Control:Act as the subject matter expert for issues relating to data quality and compliance with business logic. Defines and implement systems for data cleansing QA and error correction. Ensure best practice in maintaining high data standards are appropriately utilised and leveraged to drive data overall quality and compliance
  • Process Improvement:Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Provide strategic direction to Client Operations maintaining a strong relationship to ensure seamless coordination and of tasks. Proactively engage senior leadership to identify innovative solutions that drive business outcomes.

Experience & Skills Needed:

  • Experience in an advertising agency; Ad Operations Analytics or Digital Investment is preferred.
  • Experience in data governance and data quality processes in a Data Warehousing ETL and Business Intelligence environment.
  • Indepth knowledge and experience across multiple media channels (digital search social offline etc..
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Exceptional organisational skills multitasking capabilities and detail oriented.
  • Comfortable working with budgets numbers and scoping exercises.
  • Strong Excel skills required.
