As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you will lead the development and deployment of deep learning and computer vision models for medical image analysis. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team of data scientists and software engineers to create robust AI solutions for real-world clinical applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research, design, and implement state-of-the-art machine learning models for medical image analysis (e.g., CT, MRI, X-ray, Ultrasound).
• Develop deep learning algorithms for image segmentation, classification, object detection, and anomaly detection.
• Optimize and fine-tune models to enhance accuracy, robustness, and computational efficiency.
• Work with large-scale medical imaging datasets, ensuring proper preprocessing, annotation, and augmentation techniques.
• Collaborate with radiologists and domain experts to validate AI models and improve clinical applicability.
• Develop scalable, production-ready ML pipelines for deployment in cloud and edge environments.
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI, deep learning, and medical imaging research.
• Mentor junior ML engineers and contribute to a culture of innovation and knowledge sharing.

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in developing deep learning models for computer vision applications.
• Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Experience working with medical imaging modalities (DICOM, NIfTI, etc.) and associated tools (e.g., MONAI, SimpleITK).
• Deep understanding of CNNs, transformers, self-supervised learning, and other advanced ML techniques.
• Proficiency in image processing, feature extraction, and data augmentation techniques.
• Strong knowledge of cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and ML model deployment.
• Experience with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, communication, and ability to work in an interdisciplinary team.
