This tech for good startup has already made a name for themselves across the UK, and is in a fantastic position having recently gained additional investment.

They are growing their machine learning function, and are looking for an experience ML Engineer to join. You'll work closely with the founding team to build cutting-edge, scalable products, leveragingNLP and LLMand advanced machine learning techniques.

The Role:

Design, develop, and maintain AI-driven systems with a focus on NLP.
Build and optimize models for tasks like text classification, summarization, and embeddings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.
Work in a fast-paced, agile environment to solve real-world challenges.

The Person:

BSc in a relevant field or 3+ years of industry experience.
Proficiency in Python and NLP libraries/frameworks (e.g., spaCy, Hugging Face).
Experience with LLMs (e.g., prompt engineering, fine-tuning, RAG).
Startup experience and a proactive problem-solving approach are highly valued.
