We seek an innovative, experienced product leader with a track record of bringing new AI products from concept to successful delivery, market leadership, and ACV growth. This role will report to the AI product team and will drive Agentforce ACV scale and growth and market capture. The role will work closely with product, marketing and distribution teams and will drive strategic Agentforce deals and customer engagement, participate in the development of scale sales programs and field enablement, and bringing insights from the field back into our product organizations.

This highly cross-functional role requires a candidate who enjoys navigating ambiguity, working in a fast-paced startup-like environment, aligning with exec partners, collaborating with teams across time zones, and thinking globally. This individual is expected to work with senior-level customer business leaders and CIO / CDAO stakeholders.

Agentforce Scale and Growth Responsibilities:

  • Agentforce deal support as an AI and CRM business transformation subject matter expert. Create a vision and inspire customers on Agentforce use cases for an agentic layer on everything we do with CRM.
  • Drive Agentforce ACV and during pre-sales and post-sales to drive pipeline consumption, product, use case innovation and adoption.
  • Help sales and customers find our unique differentiators and respond to real and perceived objections
  • Serve as AI executive sponsor for key accounts.
  • Present product vision and roadmap to customers.
  • Capture customer and use cases stories.
  • Support our Agentforce Product Advisory Councils in key regions.
  • Train and enable our distribution teams by supporting formal enablement and sales plays development as well as an apprenticeship model with our emerging Agentforce and Data Cloud specialist and core sales teams.
  • Partner with PMM teams as required for content, sales plays, best practice, and FAQs.
  • Participate in all Agentforce and AI product NPI processes.
  • Assemble insights, use case, product innovation ideas and feedback to AI and core and industry product teams.
  • Collaborate with our AI research team on key AI research incubation opportunities with customers.
  • Public speaking at Salesforce and external conference events.


Who You Are:

  • AI and Business Savvy. You can translate our Agentforce capabilities to use case and business value at the boardroom level AND and convince and or neutralize data scientists, AI practitioners and CIOs on value Agentforce and our ai platform.
  • AI Experienced. You have a solid understanding of Salesforce Sales, Service, and Platform Clouds and generative and predictive AI.
  • Flexible. You are comfortable with ambiguity and working in fast paced environment and a multi stakeholder world.
  • You are a strong communicator. You can create an Agentforce vision for our customers and bring people along. You have strong presentation skills both at both the business and technical stakeholder level.
  • Humble. You are scaling others to be our AI storytellers and sales heroes.
  • Curious. You dive into new ideas and ways of working and enjoy bringing your own thoughts and suggestions to the conversation.

Qualifications:

  • High energy and passion for the job
  • The equivalent of 15+ years of product management or similar experience.
  • Hands-on AI Product Experience (ML, Gen AI)
  • Experience in driving strategic sales engagements
  • Experience in working in fast-paced startup environments
  • Experience drive scale and repeatable process programs
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, and experience in high-level business discussions.
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience. (A focus on engineering, computer science, and data science is a plus)
  • Ability to lead with Salesforce values and culture
  • Implement with grace under pressure and a sense of humor and camaraderie
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills that span across various cultures and professional backgrounds
