What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and deploy advanced machine learning models to support financial decision-making and product innovation.
  • Analyse large datasets to uncover trends, insights, and opportunities that drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data science solutions into company systems and processes.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all initiatives.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, exploring the latest advancements in AI and financial technologies.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in data science, particularly in financial services or fintech.
  • Strong expertise in Machine Learning, predictive modeling, and statistical analysis.
  • Proficiency in Python, Rust, RAG or LLM's.
  • Knowledge of AI applications in finance, including risk assessment, fraud detection, and customer personalisation.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Relevant certifications or advanced degrees in data science, AI, or a related field are a plus.
