The role
You’ll take full ownership of model development, building and deploying ML models that directly influence decisions across underwriting, fraud, and customer conversion. It’s hands-on, end-to-end, and you’ll be working with both structured and unstructured data in a fast-moving, collaborative team.
What we’re looking for
- Strrong Python (pandas, sklearn, etc.) and advanced SQL
- Experience building behavioural or credit models
- Solid understanding of ML algorithms (not just how to run them)
- Clear communicator across tech and non-tech teams
- Awareness of data drift and model monitoring
- Amazing visualization skills; ideas need to land
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
Bonus points for
- Credit card or consumer finance experience
- Exposure to deep learning (Keras, TensorFlow)
- Git, Tableau, Bitbucket
- Master’s in Data Science or similar
