Location: Remote.


Opportunity for a Senior Data Scientist to join a company revolutionising the Agri-food supply chain with cutting edge custom software solutions

  • Permanent and remote role
  • Agricultural sector knowledge is required OR experience in GHG/Emissions modelling.


KEY SKILLS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Lead key projects with the design and implementation of analytical models
  • Direct the technical aspects of projects
  • Support other team members
  • Comfortable working, manipulating and mining large datasets
  • Agricultural domain knowledge (must have OR experience in GHG / Emissions modelling.)
  • Proven industry/commercial/post-doc experience post degree / PhD
  • GHG /carbon /emissions modelling (nice to have)
  • Python and PowerBI (Nice to have)

The hiring company work at the heart of the food supply chain, supporting customers/companies in capturing information in relation to environmental sustainability, production efficiency and animal health & welfare from farms shaping a future where data connectivity transforms agriculture, ensuring a balance between feeding a growing population and preserving our planet.


Our client requires a Senior Data Scientist as part of their growth plans able to fit into a small team and play a key role in shaping their analytical capabilities, lead project delivery, mentor other data scientists, and ensure that the data solutions are robust, scalable, and impactful.
