Role

: Senior Data Engineer

Location: London, 2 days per week on site required


Duration: 6-month contract


Rate will be paid through umbrella.



You will join the Data Platform Team and take responsibility for the performance & stability, compliance, data architecture and ILM of the business.



The position will initially and primarily work on specialized areas on the platform. Utilizing skills and experience within the governance space to produce first class data management solutions.



Skills and Experience:




Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business and technical requirements.
Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools and methodologies to enhance product and service capabilities.
Build solutions to ensure data quality, integrity and compliance.
Support audit and compliance requirements such as encryption, security and archiving.
Collaborate with team members to produce a positive and efficient working environment.
Strong knowledge of cloud based data services.
Python / Shell scripting.
