Our London-based team of 20 partners with large corporate clients in Life Sciences, Manufacturing, and Infrastructure sectors to drive strategic business transformation. We work closely with C-suite executives to design and implement high-impact programs that create value through revenue growth, cost optimisation, and operational excellence.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Management Consultant with strong Analytics and Power BI expertise to join us immediately. This role requires extensive experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and dashboard development to support consulting engagements. You will play a crucial role in translating complex data into actionable insights, enabling strategic decision-making to transform businesses. The role is based in London, with a hybrid working model (3 days/week in-office).

Responsibilities

• Extract, transform, and analyse large datasets from multiple sources to support financial, commercial and operational analysis.
• Navigate through data, cleanse and generate meaningful insights for strategic decision-making.
• Communicate information and analyses to clients by building PowerBI dashboards and reports. Generate visually appealing presentation and collateral for clients.
• Be responsible for day-to-day project management, track and share progress and ensure timely delivery of key milestones
• Understand business drivers, explain complex data simply and present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders in a structured and impactful manner.
• Be a proactive and fun team player and communicate well with clients at all levels

Required Skills and Experience

• Experience in a top management consulting firm for 5+ years
• Bachelor’s degree in a related subject – e.g. Business, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and solid business acumen. Resourceful at finding data and information for analysis
• Ability to synthesize complex data, identify trends and translate insights into clear recommendations.
• Experienced with executing a broad range of data, modelling and analytical concepts and methodologies, including: Market sizing, Competitive analysis, Benchmarking, Financial modelling and Valuation, Financial statement analysis, Portfolio review and rationalization, Customer segmentation and analysis
• High EQ with strong verbal and written communication skills, including story boarding and developing clear and concise presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Strong expertise in Power BI, including DAX, data modelling, and dashboard development.
• Highly adaptable, able to work in a fast-paced consulting environment.
