What you’ll do
  • Spearhead the development, execution, and optimization strategy for growing Agoda's new and emerging marketing channels
  • Conduct end-to-end analysis of large, complex datasets related to channel performance, user behavior, and market trends, translating raw data into actionable insights
  • Develop hypotheses, design experiments (e.g., A/B tests), and build structured analyses to rigorously evaluate campaign effectiveness and drive data-driven decisions for channel growth
  • Partner closely with various business functions to identify opportunities, analyze, and interpret trends in complex data sets using techniques and tools such as SQL or Tableau
  • Communicate complex findings, performance updates, and strategic recommendations clearly to key stakeholders, including senior management
What you’ll need to succeed
  • 3–5 years of experience in a Data Analyst role or in projects involving big data, preferably in tech, e-commerce, or digital marketing
  • Bachelors in Computer Science/Statistics/Math/Engineering or Economics and Finance is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights; proficient in SQL, Tableau, and MS Excel
  • Innovative problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate the organization to gather information and implement solutions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to create impactful presentations
  • Stakeholder management with the ability to influence at senior levels and strong commercial acumen
Nice to have
  • Experience in digital or social media marketing
  • Experience with hypothesis testing frameworks, statistical analysis, and using Python/R for data manipulation and analysis
