Senior Data Analyst, Business Planning & Reporting – Application Deadline 30th May


  • £40,000-£43,500
  • Hybrid working (3 days per week in the office)

Are you a data-driven problem solver who loves turning complex data into clear, actionable insight?


We’re looking for aSenior Data Analystto join theToyota Value Chaindepartment. You will be supporting the operations and development of Value Chain performance through business planning activities, Microsoft BI (Business Intelligence) and VLVR (Vehicle Lifetime Value Reporting) reporting design, modelling, development and analysis.

Working as part of a team you will be responsible for in depth analysis on the performance of Value Chain products, market trends and influencers.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Budgeting support, forecasting, Network targets, programme and performance monitoring.
  • Value Chain Reporting: data analysis activities
  • Performance analysis to identify and make recommendations to TGB management on revenue opportunities for Value Chain products within the Network
  • Specification of VLVR and website development requirements
  • Development of appropriate supporting materials and training for After Sales field teams and the Network in the use of VLVR website and reporting in order to maximise the benefit of the system
  • Microsoft BI Report development
  • Pricing – analysis of price changes and market trends, root cause analysis to identify underperforming products / services
  • Network and Field support with ad hoc reporting and analysis


Essentials:

  • Advance Excel skills
  • High level of numeracy, analytical and statistical skills
  • Good level of commercial awareness
  • Good level of inter-personal and communication skills
  • Strong communicator
  • Critical thinking and a proactive, organised approach


Nice to have:

  • Automotive experience in After Sales
