What the job looks like?

The Senior Data Analyst will have the chance to:

Collaborate with stakeholders and Product Owners/Analysts to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights based on data analysis. Conduct in-depth analysis of large,plex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights in collaboration with the rest of BI team members. Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, reports, and visualizations tomunicate findings to stakeholders. Identify and implement data-driven solutions to enable strategic initiatives, and optimize business operations. Lead data analytics projects focused on product profitability, client lifecycle insights, including client lifetime value (CLV) calculation, acquisition funnel optimization, and client journey mapping. Identify key conversion points and drop-off areas within the client acquisition funnel to drive optimization strategies. Explore possibilities for valuable external data sources that could be used inbination with existing data sets to provide insightful information. Mentor and develop analysts/ internal data champions in thepany about analytical approaches and dataernance . Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics.


What will you need to be able to do the job?

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics,puter Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Senior Data Analyst or a similar role, highly preferably in the Finance/FX sector. Strong analytical and logical thinking with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. Excellentmunication skills with the ability to presentplex information in a clear and concise manner to non-technical audiences. Project management capabilities, including requirements gathering and solution implementation. Strong experience with data visualization tools (Power BI highly preferred) and ability to choose the most appropriate visuals based on the purpose of the analysis. Advanced SQL skills along with a solid understanding of data modeling design principles (Star Schema, Semantic models) and DAX language. Ability to develop predictive models for business forecasting and client behavior & lifecycle analysis. Knowledge of data lineage documentation and metadata management best practices. Curiosity to investigate causes and effects with a Team Play attitude. Excellentmand of English, both written and spoken.
The below Advanced Analytics Skills are considered as a plus:

Experience with statistical analysis and hypothesis testing. Knowledge of machine learning concepts and applications for client segmentation, anomaly detection, and predictive forecasting. Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, R) for data manipulation and analysis. Experience in conductingpetitive research and analyzing benchmarking data. Knowledge of data protection regulations relevant to financial services. Experience in establishing data standards andernance policies. Familiarity with Agile development methodology and DataOps principles and best practices.
