Join a fast-moving data-driven company that’s leveraging millions of survey responses to generate real-time insights for clients across sectors. This is a high-impact Senior Data Analyst role where your work will directly influence trading outcomes and commercial performance. You'll work closely with Analysts, Scientists, Engineers, and Developers, turning complex datasets into clear actions that drive results.


THE ROLE:

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will:

  • Partner with Commercial, Data Science, and Engineering teams to uncover key drivers of trading performance.
  • Analyse large-scale datasetsfrom surveys, clients, and 3rd party panels to test fast-evolving hypotheses.
  • Design andautomate reporting processes, bringing visibility to crucial metrics and freeing teams to act on what matters most.
  • Buildstatistical models and algorithmsto detect patterns and opportunities for optimisation.
  • Create compellingdata visualisationsusing Grafana and Power BI to track performance in real time.
  • Communicate complex analytical findings in clear, actionable terms for stakeholders across the business.
