Job Title: Senior Data Analyst
Client: Enfield Council
Location: Enfield Civic Centre, Silver Street, Enfield, EN1 3XA
Contract Type: Temporary
Hours: 36 hours per week
Start Date: 2 June 2025
End Date: 29 August 2025
Salary: £23.45 per hour

Role Overview:
Enfield Council is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to support the Asset, Capital Programme, and Compliance Teams in managing housing data, generating insights, and preparing statutory return reports. This role requires advanced proficiency in Excel and SQL.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate the data analysis team to deliver high performance.

Manage and update housing asset data systems.

Ensure compliance with statutory reporting requirements.

Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing constructive feedback.

Coach and support staff development.

Recommend service improvements based on data insights.

Communicate effectively with elected members and partners.

Essential Skills and Experience:

Proven experience in data analysis within a housing or asset management context.

Advanced skills in Excel and SQL.

Experience in managing and updating data systems.

Ability to lead and motivate a team.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Knowledge of statutory reporting requirements in housing.

Desirable Qualifications:

A Level 6 qualification in a construction or property field (e.g., Architecture, Asset Management, Surveying).

Experience with Revit, point cloud modelling applications, Cobie databases, 3D BIM models, and 2D CAD applications.

Familiarity with management systems such as ISO 9001, 45001, or 55001.

Understanding of statutory instruments related to residential buildings, including the Building Safety Bill and the concept of a "Golden Thread."
