We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Data Analyst to join the Performance & Improvement team on a 12 Month Fixed Term contract. This is a Hybrid role based in the Matchworks.
The working hours will be Monday – Friday, based on 37.5 hours.
Join our vibrant, inclusive community in the Business MI team as a Senior Data Analyst, leading and overseeing the daily operations, providing tools to support decision-making and business strategies.
You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, providing guidance and support to team members, ensuring performance targets are met, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. The Senior Data Analyst will be a key point of contact between management and team members, driving team performance while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency.
What you will do:
Overseeing Daily Operations ensuring tasks are completes and prioritised
Managing and Improving Data Processes including designing and implementing process and identifying improvements
Mentoring and Training Junior Analyst by inspiring, motivating and evaluating performance
Managing advanced projects, working towards deadlines and providing expertise when required
Ensure data integrity, overseeing data governance, ensuring practices are followed
What you will bring:
Experience Data Analyst, with particular experience in a senior role
Expertise in data analysis tools such as SQL, and advanced Excel.
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI).
Experience with the Power Platform (e.g. Power Apps, Power Automate)
First class attention to detail
Time management skills with the ability to prioritise
Mentoring skills and experience
