The Role
As a Senior Data Analyst, you’ll lead analytics for client projects, from designing the analytical approach to planning, allocating work, and quality-checking outputs. You’ll mentor and coach analysts, ensuring delivery excellence and robust insights.

Key Responsibilities



Lead the design and delivery of analytics for client projects.

Analyse complex datasets to uncover actionable insights.

*

Identify and resolve data quality issues.

*

Validate and reconcile datasets as part of the Data Analytics Cycle.

*

Produce impactful visualisations, detailed reporting, and clear business commentary.

*

Engage with stakeholders to translate data into meaningful, commercial recommendations.

*

Conduct analytics for Tier 1 Telecoms/ Utilities clients, including compliance checks, promotions analysis, KPI creation, and anomaly investigations.

*

Mentor and support other analysts through knowledge sharing and peer reviews.

What We’re Looking For

*

5+ years’ relevant experience in analytics.

*

Strong background in Telecoms, Banking, Utilities, or data consultancy.

*

Proficient in Python and/or SQL, with strong database knowledge.

*

Skilled in Tableau and/or Power BI.

*

Commercially aware, able to translate business questions into analytical tasks.

*

Excellent planning skills with a proactive approach to risk management.

*

Curious, analytical mindset with the ability to generate actionable recommendations.

*

Able to travel within the UK and work in London at least 2 days per week.

*

Full right to work in the UK.
