Join our Party Reference Data Change Management Team as a Senior Associate - Data Transformation & Strategy Lead, where you'll take the lead on projects supporting strategic and business change initiatives aligned with our Reference Data Strategy. If you're passionate about driving operational efficiency through innovative operating model design, data architecture, and advanced technology, this is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your expertise in transforming processes and enhancing overall performance.


As a Senior Associate - Data Transformation & Strategy Lead within the Party Reference Data Operations Team, you will be instrumental in leading projects that promote strategic and business change initiatives. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards for all client KYC records, guaranteeing high-quality and timely completion of client-level due diligence. Your advanced organizational skills and expertise in digital and tech literacy will enable you to effectively utilize software applications and digital platforms to optimize processes and enhance the client experience.


Job Responsibilities

  • Analyzes, designs, and implements innovative operating models to enhance efficiency
  • Develops and delivers job aids and training programs for new and existing operating models
  • Collaborates with Global Party Reference Data process leads to assess current state and implement solutions
  • Identifies operational synergies with Client Onboarding, KYC, and other stakeholders to streamline processes
  • Manages stakeholder relationships across Business and Operations for alignment and support
  • Partners with Reference Data Strategy, Project, and Technology teams to implement future state data models

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

  • Previous experience in Change Management and Data Modelling
  • Previous experience in Banking and Finance
  • Concept visualization skills in process, data, or decision modeling
  • Experience with process modeling and implementing innovative processes
  • Strong writing skills for creating clear and engaging documents
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

  • Knowledge of party reference data, client onboarding, KYC, and regulatory mandates such as MIFID, NCMR, EMIR, CCPA
