Own data modelling and DBT capabilities cross-functionally, as they look to expand internationally. You’ll be the go-to dbt expert in the team and upskill other people in the team.Responsibilities:Take ownership of the dbt setup, implementing best practices, optimizing queries, and ensuring the creation of robust, scalable models.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on data modelling requirements and ensure consistency across the organisation.Mentor and upskill team members, promoting the value of dbt and fostering a culture of data excellence within the company.Provide expert guidance to improve data workflows, driving efficiency and scalability across all data processes.What do you need? A background in Analytics Engineering, specifically data modelling.Tenure and experience in smaller-scale, high-growth environments are highly valued.Proven ability to manage complex models with significant data transformationsSkilled in dbt, SQL, and ideally Snowflake.Exposure to programming (Python is a plus).What's the process?
