Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and highly motivated

Senior Data Strategy Analyst

to join the EMEA Data Strategy team. This team drives end-to-end data and technology capabilities to enable top-tier customer-centric marketing. Reporting to the Senior Data Strategy Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for extracting insights from large data sets and supporting data-driven decisions to improve products, services, and relevance to consumers.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of our data landscape, customer journeys, marketing experiences, and predictive model usage across our Marketing and Clienteling activities.
Lead analysis of our BAU Marketing and Clienteling experiences to help the CIX team optimize effectively.
Own deep dive analyses across Marketing and Clienteling experiences, presenting complex insights through creative storytelling to the CIX team.
Design CRM tests and conduct post-campaign analyses to communicate learnings and recommendations to senior stakeholders clearly.
Present analyses to senior leadership and large audiences in a clear and concise manner.
Leverage understanding of existing predictive models to optimize customer experiences across EMEA and develop models for better engagement, retention, and sales.
Create visualizations to highlight trends and correlations using BI tools like Tableau.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive data-led business decisions.
Experience, Skills & Knowledge

Relevant experience in Data Strategy, CRM, Data Science, or related educational background (e.g., Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, Marketing).
Experience in collating, interpreting, and analyzing data from multiple sources (SQL databases, APIs, web scraping) and data types.
Highly numerate and analytical with strong communication skills.
Experience manipulating data using advanced quantitative methods: data models, statistics, machine learning.
Ability to present insights to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
Excellent planning, organizational skills, results-driven, problem-solving, and action-oriented approach.
Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
Quick learner with enthusiasm for discovering new technical tools and identifying data inconsistencies.
