The Opportunity

You'll be joining a market leading agency, with a reputation of delivering large-scale award-winning work, for a variety of well-known clients. In line with our continued growth, we’re looking for a Senior AEP Data Architect to join our team who’ll be instrumental in the design and implementation of data architectures and data models within theAdobe Experience Platform (AEP)ecosystem, ensuring the seamless integration and management of data assets that support personalised customer experiences.


You’ll utilise in-depth expertise indata modelling, AEP core services, Consent Management, GDPR compliance, and working with large-scale data architectures such as Data Lakes. You will also be proficient inJSON, API management, and possess the technical leadership to oversee strategic data initiatives. Additionally, knowledge of other CDP’s and omnichannel marketing automation would be beneficial.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • Extensive experience in Data Architecture, with a track record of working directly with AEP.
  • Skilled in designing and implementing Data Lakes, Data Models, and working with large-scale data environments.
  • Deep understanding ofAdobe Experience Platform Core Services(e.g.XDM,Real-time CDP,Adobe Analytics).
  • Proficiency inJSONfor data transformation, APIs, and data interchange.
  • Extensive experience withAPI management.
  • Strong knowledge ofData Lake architecturesand data storage solutions (e.g. AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Knowledge of data integration methodologies, including batch and real-time data processing.
  • Familiarity withGDPR,CCPA, andprivacy regulations, particularly in relation to data management and consent management.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Desire to keep abreast of the latest developments in AEP, data management technologies, privacy regulations and industry best practice.
  • Ability to work remotely from theUK, with occasional travel to the Bristol office, events/meet ups, client meetings.


Nice to Have

  • A degree in technical subjects such as Computer/Data Science or IT.
  • Certifications in Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Analytics, or similar.
  • Certifications in Data Privacy such as CIPP/E or CIPM.
  • Experience with Cloud Data Platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Knowledge of other CDPs and Omni-channel Marketing Automation.
