Scrum Master – £55k - £75k – London – Semi remote

Hexwired Recruitment has partnered exclusively with a world renowned software house with offices in London now seeking a Scrum Master to help lead the development team on a brand new range of products the company is bringing to the market.

The company are hiring to meet the demand of customers. As a Scrum Master you will be involved in day to day management of a team of 10+ engineers. You will also be involved in the Architecture and future planning of their products.

This is a semi remote Scrum Master role. Most of the team are in the office 4 days a week. Due to the nature of the work, a technical background or relevant engineering background is essential.

Key Skills

  • Degree in Computer Science, Maths, Physics or Similar

  • Excellent background in C++ development or modelling related industries (CFD, O&G, Gaming etc)

  • 4+ years project lead or Team lead experience

  • Good experience liaising with customers on requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    The company are able to offer circa £55k - £75k dependent on experience, with flexibility beyond this on particularly relevant candidates. The company are also looking to offer shares in the business. If you’re interested in this Scrum Master job, please apply.
