Job Summary:

We are seeking a Salesforce Health Cloud Functional Solutions Architect to lead the design and implementation of Health Cloud solutions. This role requires expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud (along with Sales & Service Cloud), strong business acumen in the healthcare domain, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders, developers, and administrators to deliver innovative, patient-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end architecture and design of Salesforce Health Cloud solutions.
  • Define data models, workflows, security, and integrations within Salesforce.
  • Ensure solutions adhere to Salesforce best practices and scalability principles.
  • Guide the implementation of FHIR, HL7, and EHR integrations where applicable.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work closely with healthcare providers, payers, and life sciences organizations to understand business needs.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams on Salesforce capabilities.

Implementation & Development Oversight:

  • Provide guidance to development teams on Salesforce configurations and customizations.
  • Ensure proper use of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, and Process Builder.
  • Oversee the creation of custom applications, dashboards, and reports.

Compliance & Best Practices:

  • Ensure solutions comply with HIPAA, GDPR, and other healthcare regulations.
  • Implement role-based security models and data-sharing policies.
  • Maintain governance, documentation, and change management processes.

Training & Support:

  • Conduct user training and adoption programs.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Salesforce Health Cloud solutions.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce releases and industry trends to drive innovation.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Salesforce experience, with a focus on Health Cloud.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare workflows, patient journeys, and payer-provider models.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations (Mulesoft, APIs, HL7, FHIR, EHRs).
  • Proficiency in Salesforce security models, data architecture, and automation.
  • Salesforce certifications preferred (Health Cloud Consultant, Application Architect, or System Architect).
  • Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in large-scale Salesforce implementations in the healthcare sector.
  • Knowledge of AI-powered healthcare solutions (Einstein, predictive analytics, etc.).
  • Understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and value-based care models.
