Role Overview

RateGain is seeking dynamic and results-oriented Partner-Sales for its EMEA team. You will be responsible for driving new client leads, nurturing & growing relationships with existing clients, and owning & managing a portfolio of accounts. You will leverage your deep knowledge of the AdTech industry and the programmatic advertising landscape, along with bringing a strong network of senior-level client and agency contacts, (travel preferred), to achieve and exceed sales targets. Th

e ideal candidate will have experience in AdTech and data, with a proven track record of closing high-value deals and growing strategic enterprise partnerships.


Responsibilities:

  • New Business Development: Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities with brands and agencies.
  • Client Relationship Management: Own and grow a portfolio of accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term success.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate strong relationships with senior-level decision-makers in client organizations and media agencies.
  • Sales Execution: Lead all stages of the sales process, from lead generation and pitching to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Programmatic Expertise: Utilize your in-depth knowledge of the programmatic advertising landscape to create tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  • Revenue Growth: Drive revenue by upselling and cross-selling within your book of business.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Product, and Customer Success) to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and ensure client success.
  • Travel: Regular travel to client meetings, industry events, and conferences, as required, to maintain and build relationships.


Education & Work Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in AdTech or programmatic sales with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.


Knowledge

  • Strong portfolio of senior-level client and agency relationships, travel vertical preferred.
  • Solid background in strategic B2B sales, particularly in programmatic environments.
  • Passion for the AdTech industry and staying ahead of the latest trends and innovations.


Skills

  • Deep understanding of programmatic advertising, including DSPs, SSPs, and data-driven advertising solutions.
  • Experience working with major media agencies or large brands.
  • Solid understanding of 1st Party Data and Data monetization.
  • Ability to develop, pitch, and close high-value business deals.
  • Ability to develop and grow strategic partnerships, expanding account revenue through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Familiarity with analytics, measurement, and campaign optimization tools.
