Our established technology client is seeking a Sales Support Coordinator to join their growing team on the outskirts of Norwich (with remote working options available for a day or two).

This isn't just another admin role – you'll be at the heart of their sales operations, providing critical support that keeps their global communications business running smoothly. From processing orders and managing customer relationships to supporting account management and coordinating with their warehouse team, every day brings new challenges and opportunities to make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Process sales orders, invoices, and quotations with precision and efficiency
Manage customer enquiries and build strong relationships via phone and email
Support the Account Management team and gradually take on responsibility for established accounts
Maintain CRM system and ensure data integrity
Coordinate with warehousing for shipping and export compliance
Handle customer invoice queries and support marketing initiatives
Essential Skills:

Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Exceptional attention to detail and organisational abilities
Proactive self-starter with a positive, solutions-focused attitude
Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (especially Excel and Word)
Quick learner ready to master CRM and billing systems
Desirable Experience:

Previous sales support and order processing experience
Familiarity with technology/communications sector 
Understanding of pre and post-sales processes
Experience with customer invoicing and credit notes
