JOIN US!We seek a dynamic and results-drivenSales Account Executiveto join our Business IT team. This role involves a balanced mix of New Business Development and Sales, focusing on driving growth and expanding our presence in the European market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in software sales, particularly in IT Service Management (ITSM) or IT Asset Management (ITAM), and be proficient in multiple European languages.


Job Description

What you'll do:

  1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in the European market.
  2. Actively pursue new business opportunities by identifying and engaging potential clients. Understand their business needs and demonstrate how SymphonyAI solutions can add value.
  3. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, serving as a trusted advisor to key accounts.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to enhance customer satisfaction and facilitate seamless service delivery.
  5. Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations with prospective and existing clients to close deals.
  6. Stay informed about industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify business opportunities.
  7. Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline status to senior management.
  8. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to represent SymphonyAI and promote our offerings.

What you'll bring:

  1. 5+ years of experience in software sales, preferably in the ITSM or ITAM domain.
  2. Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM) concepts.
  3. Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and [German, French, Dutch or Spanish].
  4. Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals.
  5. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  6. Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  7. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
