Inthis role you will also lead local contacts through Data Mapping,Discovery, and Transformation. You will also leverage technicalexpertise to Load and Verify master data.KeyResponsibilities:Provide cross-functional and geographicperspectives on data governance.Provide leadership and suggestionsfor proactive data auditing and lifecycle management.Implement dataquality metrics and help interpret any trends on data qualitywithin their functional area/geography.Monitor business conformityto governance rules and policies.Drive the completion of assigneddata auditing tasks.Develop consistent procedures, processes, andtools across Integrated Services.Protect the integrity and accuracyof data to be loaded into the SAP system.Articulate the impact tomaster data of IT design, business processes, & end usertransactions.Apply MDM governance rules and concepts to projectwork.Provide coaching and detailed knowledge transfer to keybusiness partners.Deliver training to educate local data analysts,business process owners, and stakeholders on data quality and datagovernance.Develop and refine global data documentation as needed:SOPs, Transaction Aids, Job Aids, etc.Provide timely expert supportto affiliates, sites, and outsourced business partners byperforming manual entry and mass loads of requested data into theSAP Production environment.Crosstrain and share daily productionsupport workload with other data analysts.Collaborate with SubjectMatter Experts and IT to resolve business problems.YourProfile:Essential skills/knowledge/experience:Proven track recordof leading SAP implementation and upgrade projects.Proficiency inSAP master data objects, including material master, vendor master,and purchasing info records.Strong understanding of data governanceprinciples and data quality management.Strong communication andinterpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectivelywith cross-functional teams.Experience in SAP SCM master datamanagement and process optimization.Desirableskills/knowledge/experience: Detail-oriented and highly organized,with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projectssimultaneouslyProactive and self-motivated, with a commitment tocontinuous improvement and learning.Rewards & BenefitsTCS isconsistently voted a Top Employer in the UK and globally.
