We are seeking an innovative and results-driven S4 HANA Data Analytics Lead to join our team for the implementation and Go-Live of our convertion from SAP ECC6 to S4 HANA. This role is pivotal in driving data-driven decision-making across the organisation by leveraging the latest SAP solutions, business intelligence tools, and automation platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, analysing, and visualizing complex datasets while collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development, implementation, and optimisation of data analytics solutions within the S4 HANA environment.
Collaborate with business teams to assess requirements and create scalable data models, reports, and dashboards.
Work extensively with SAP Analytics platforms to enable enterprise-wide reporting and visualizations.
Provide technical expertise in SAP S/4 HANA and SAP ECC (preferably) to ensure seamless integration between systems and analytics solutions.
Design and deliver compelling reports and visual dashboards using Power BI that convey complex information in a user-friendly manner.
Utilise Snowflake to develop data warehousing and analytics solutions, optimizing data storage, transformation, and retrieval processes.
Implement business process automation solutions using Power Automate to optimize workflows and increase efficiency.
(Optional) Support the development of no-code/low-code business applications with Power Apps for specific use cases, as needed.
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment of analytics strategies with business objectives and ensure clear communication of insights.
Ensure data quality, governance, and security across all analytics solutions.
Stay updated with advancements in analytics technologies and provide recommendations to adopt new tools and methodologies.
Experience and Qualifications:

Required Skills and Experience
Proven experience in SAP Analytics with a strong understanding of data modeling, visualization, and reporting.
Hands-on experience with S4 HANA and its integration with analytics platforms.
Working knowledge of Snowflake for data warehousing and analytics.
Proficiency in building dashboards and insights with Power BI for enterprise-level reporting.
Experience with business process automation tools like Power Automate to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
Preferred Skills and Experience

Familiarity with SAP ECC systems and its migration/integration with S/4 HANA.
Knowledge of developing applications using Power Apps (not essential but an advantage).
