NHS Supply Chain currently has an opportunity for a Risk Analyst to join our team during an exciting period of transformation, working to make it easier for the NHS to put patients first.
We are seeking an experienced Risk Analyst who will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and managing risks. They will be responsible for using data to evaluate risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
Every day you will …
Identify potential risks, across financial, operational, regulatory, and strategic areas at a Directorate level.
Collect and analyse quantitative and qualitative data to predict future risks.
Prepare detailed reports on risk findings, including impact analysis and recommended actions.
Develop risk mitigation plans and strategies based on the risks identified.
Communicate key risk factors and mitigation strategies to a wide range of stakeholders including the Exec Team.

What skills will help you thrive in this role?
A Financial Risk Management or Internal Auditor qualification is preferred.
2-5 years of experience in risk analysis or financial analysis
Strong ability to analyse complex data sets and make data driven decisions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Knowledge of risk management practices.
