Research Manager – Remote - Variety, flexibility & autonomy!

Boutique full-service research agency

Remote (UK based - just 1 office day a month!)

£35 – 45,000 + good benefits

Looking for a remote role (just one office day a month!) in a creative and fun environment that will enable you to realise your full potential? This boutique research agency can reach respondents in over 50 countries and has a truly wide-ranging client base, both consumer and B2B, spanning FMCG brands, PR agencies, management consultancies, transport, technology, and more.

This is a standout role in terms of flexibility and variety! Working alongside the Head of Research, this is a great opportunity to step up your responsibilities and lead projects autonomously. You’ll enjoy lots of client contact, managing the entire research process, from project design and liaising with operations to analysis, generating insightful recommendations, and reporting.

All projects are bespoke, mostly ad hoc and international in nature and really varied in scope from opinion studies, thought leadership pieces to segmentation, concept testing, conjoint, and brand research – you won’t get bored or stuck just doing tracking here!

With a strong grounding in quantitative research management and excellent questionnaire design and reporting skills (ideally gained in an agency), you will be a resourceful, proactive collaborator keen to quickly progress into a fully client-facing role. A good knowledge of a variety of project types is advantageous, alongside the confidence and communication skills needed to provide advice to senior-level clients.

This is a new growth role at an exciting time for the business. To be part of it, contact us for a confidential discussion and more details.
