Role Overview
As the Reporting and Analysis Manager, you will play a critical role in optimising the performance of renewable energy assets, including wind and solar technologies. You will lead the development of reporting systems, data pipelines, and insights to support strategic decision-making, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver critical insights and performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse current reporting processes to identify areas for optimisation and automation.

  • Develop and manage data pipelines from multiple sources, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.

  • Utilise Python, SQL, Power BI, and Excel to automate data processing and build reporting solutions.

  • Design and maintain intuitive dashboards and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Provide data-driven insights to improve operational efficiency and financial returns.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet reporting requirements and provide training on reporting systems.

  • Stay updated on the latest reporting technologies and implement improvements where beneficial.

  • Ensure compliance with data security protocols and GDPR regulations.

    Required Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years in data reporting, analysis, and systems integration.

  • Expertise in Python for data analysis, automation, and building data pipelines.

  • Advanced SQL skills for querying and managing large datasets.

  • Proficiency in Power BI and Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data modelling).

  • Understanding of SCADA systems and their integration with business intelligence platforms.

  • Experience in the renewable energy sector or similar industry preferred.

  • Strong communication skills to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and drive cross-functional initiatives.

  • Attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving approach.
