Job Title: Recruitment Researcher
Salary: £14-£15 per hour

Type: Temporary - Full Time
Hours: 8:30am - 6:00pm

Collaborate with team members to generate sourcing strategies and gather competitive intelligence.
Utilise tools such as LinkedIn, Evernote, Google Suite, and job boards to track candidates and manage work flow.
Ensure data quality and accuracy in our internal databases.
Stay updated on market trends and key industry developments.
Develop and maintain professional relationships and seek referrals for additional candidates.
Assist the Managing Director with business development projects.Requirements:
Experience in client management, particularly within asset management is preferable.
Proven track record in candidate identification and sourcing or comparable research experience.
Strong self-motivation and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional time management and organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise dynamically.
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
