Salary:£70,000 - £85,000 (depending on experience)
Location:London | Flexible Hybrid working, office-based 2-3 days per week
We’re on the lookout for a talented and motivated Senior Quantitative Researcher to join a well-established, creative, and vibrant mid-sized research agency in the heart of London. If you’re passionate about uncovering insights, skilled in a variety of quantitative methods (primarily online), and eager to bring innovative ideas to the table, this role could be your perfect match. Role and Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end research projects, from design input to proposal writing
- Produce standout proposals, including selecting methodologies, estimating budgets
- Design questionnaires that align with client briefs
- Analyze and interpret data using advanced methodologies such as MaxDiff, Conjoints, Segmentations, Key drivers (experience in one or more is a plus)
- Build PowerPoint reports and deliver presentations confidently to clients
- Strong organizational and project management abilities are essential
- Managing more juniors members of team
Key Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in an insight-driven MR agency
- Experience and eager to take ownership of the full insight project lifecycle, from initial brief to final delivery (knowledge of both qualitative and quantitative project processes is a plus)
- Proven ability to manage relationships with suppliers and clients
- Hands-on experience with data processing tools, preferably Q, or experience with SPSS or similar softwares
- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy in both written and verbal communications
- Confidence in delivering impactful work for clients and sharing ideas internally and externally
- Eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a dynamic and evolving team
