MBN Solutions are looking to hire an exceptional andexperienced Perm recruiterto focus on the growing AI market across the UK.


We have been operating in the Data, and more recently AI, space for 18 years leading to us becoming a recognised and respected talent partner in this space.


We're looking for someone with the ambition to build an AI specialist business that supports a wide range of clients with their AI hiring needs, not just locally but eventually globally.


We already have a successful AI recruiter in the business who delivered in excess of £250k last year and we know there is abundant opportunities in this market. You'll work closely with them to build our AI offering.


To be a successful AI Recruiter you will already have some knowledge of the market and/or a genuine desire to be operating in this really exciting area.


As a recruiter you will of course know what's involved in building a desk but some of our expectations are:


  • Picking up the phone - most of your day will be spent talking to candidates or clients, current and prospective so we need someone who genuinely likes to speak to people - not just email.
  • Building strong AI talent pipelines and keeping them fresh to be able to quickly and successfully fill each clients requirements
  • Networking and building your personal brand - become the "go to" AI recruiter in your market
  • Understand your activity ratios and personal targets - we work in an adult environment and want you to know what you need to do to be successful
  • Support and mentor new talent into the business - be excited to work with other brilliant recruiters.
  • Podcasts, roundtables and events - we want you to promote yourself and MBN Solutions across a number of platforms. We welcome your ideas!
