We're building a brand-new business function in Belfast and are seeking passionate Recruitment Consultants to advise and support clients and candidates across the following 360 desks:

Quantitative Trading- Traders, Researchers, Data Scientists, ML Engineers, Quantitative Analytics and Risk Management.

Technology & Engineering- Placing engineers and developers with investment management firms - we work at the high-end, globally known companies in this sector.

What we are looking for:

  • No previous recruitment experience is required.
  • Ideally, experience in working in a fast-paced environment and proven ability of autonomy in your work.
  • Superb communication skills - We're very collaborative and work as a team.
  • High levels of resilience.
  • Mature and positive mindset with the view that success is not overnight; you will really have to push yourself to the limit (and beyond!).
  • A team player who works well in a collaborative environment.
  • Naturally inquisitive with the passion to succeed and overcome obstacles.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing the recruitment process from the interview to offer stage and beyond.
  • Sourcing and interviewing candidates, negotiating salary packages, and presenting suitable candidates to clients for both contract and perm positions.
  • Building mutually beneficial relationships with clients and candidates, and working as part of a passionate team to maximise performance.
  • Identifying and building long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Using a consultative selling approach and advising clients and candidates on the best solution for them.
  • Learning about the industry and how these companies work from the inside.

Compensation:

  • We have an uncapped commission structure so the potential to earn is endless.
  • You can have the chance to actually ‘be someone’ here, rather than another number on a seat at a larger recruitment firm.
