Senior Quantitative Researcher/Strategist


A leading firm, recognized for setting industry standards within a collaborative and intellectually dynamic environment, is establishing a new, fully systematic team focused on systematizing the options trading process. They are seeking an experienced quantitative strategist to play a pivotal role in this buildout.


This role involves developing a systematic options trading platform and contributing to the expansion of trading strategies across a diverse range of asset classes. The ideal candidate will bring senior-level expertise in systematic options trading, with the capability to drive strategic initiatives within a newly formed team.


Your skills and qualifications:

  • Proven experience executing systematic options trading strategies, with risk-taking considered a strong advantage.
  • MSc/PhD or equivalent in a quantitative discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in financial markets.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or similar.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and readiness to contribute to a foundational build.
