Role Purpose:

This role will drive experienced hire recruitment for theCommodities & Global Markets (CGM)business in theEMEAregion. You will work with theFront OfficeRecruitment Leadand internal teams to develop effective sourcing strategies, manage the recruitment lifecycle, and ensure a smooth and efficient process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing theend-to-end recruitment lifecycleforfront office rolesin the Commodities and Global Markets sector, includingsales, trading, quantitative analysts, oil and gas traders, commodities trading, FX, futures, clearing, and securities trading
• Establishing strong relationships withseniorinternal stakeholders, including HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers, while acting as a trusted advisor
• Developing and executingcreative sourcing strategiesto engage and attract top talent in the market, utilizing LinkedIn and other platforms tobuild relationships with candidates across all levels of seniority.
• Partnering withon-site and global clients, including HR and Compliance teams, to ensure regulatory requirements are met and complex offers are negotiated
• Supporting diversity and inclusion initiatives by promoting inclusive hiring practices and participating in diversity-focused recruitment events.
• Ensuringdiversity of thought and backgroundis considered in the hiring process to help enhance innovation within theCommodities and Global Marketssector.
• Ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory frameworks throughout the recruitment process
• Providingmarket insights and datato stakeholders to improve the hiring strategy and ensure the best candidate experience

Role Requirements:

• Provenrecruitment experience, either in-house or throughRPO, specifically inFront Office recruitmentwithin banking, investment banking, or financial services
• Proven experience recruiting forsales and trading roles, such as quantitative analysts and commodities traders, in high-paced environments
• Strong stakeholder management, excellent communication, and the ability to influence strategy and decision-making
• Experience working with global financial institutions or major energy companies
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines with a solution-focused mindset
• Strong understanding of recruitment platforms, ATS management, and innovative sourcing techniques, including social media
• Proven ability to build diverse talent pipelines for front office roles in Commodities and Global Markets.
• Experience working with teams or stakeholders who prioritize inclusivity and diversity, helping to ensure balanced representation within recruitment efforts.
