Join a collaborative and forward-thinking investment team as an Quantitative Developer - Assistant Portfolio Manager 


A fantastic opportunity where you'll help the Rates & Inflation team generate more alpha by streamlining portfolio management processes. You’ll be developing and maintaining robust systems for managing portfolios whilst supporting Senior Portfolio Managers and Strategists in developing macro economic viewsWhat you’ll be doing:Developing and maintaining robust systems for monitoring and trading interest rate and inflation riskSupporting portfolio implementation through active view execution and fund rebalancingMonitoring fund performance and recommending improvements to portfolio strategiesResearching and developing analytical tools to assess market trends and portfolio performanceEnhancing investment decisions through innovative risk analysis and quantitative modellingApplying coding expertise to automate complex tasks using diverse data sourcesEnsuring compliance with regulatory, risk, and ESG requirementsContributing to a culture of integrity, collaboration, and client-focused outcomesQualificationsWho we’re looking for:Demonstrating strong coding skills, particularly in PythonPossessing a deep understanding of fixed income mathematicsApplying statistical knowledge to large datasets for quantitative analysisBringing experience in financial modelling and automationExperience using Python to automate complex tasks using data from multiple sourcesUnderstanding global macroeconomic trends and their investment implicationsHaving experience in fixed income markets and instrumentsCommitted to high standards of conduct, integrity, and continuous improvementHolding a degree-level qualification, with CFA or similar credentials being advantageousWhatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
