Your Role

The Analytics team at 360T is responsible for shaping and executing the company’s data strategy, harnessing the power of big data and analytics to drive business impact. Our global team consists of data strategists, analysts, and quants, collaborating closely with data engineers to leverage technology, innovation, and modern data practices. Together, we develop next-generation commercial data products and analytics services for our global client base and internal stakeholders.

In this highly visible role, you will work directly with senior leaders, C-suite executives, and external clients to address complex business challenges through advanced quantitative analysis and research. Your insights will play a critical role in shaping strategic decisions and enhancing data-driven solutions across the organisation.


Your Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement and optimise in-house statistical models, frameworks, and tools across 360T’s entire product suite (360TGTX, SUN, Market Data, RFS, SuperSonic Trader)
  • Grow the quantitative analytics capabilities of 360T’s new data analytics platform, 360T Vantage, for buy and sell-side clients including predictive and recommendation systems
  • Collaborate with product and technology teams to integrate models into 360T’s trading suite
  • Continually monitor and refine existing models to adapt to changing market conditions
  • Ensure robust model validation, back-testing and documentation of methodologies
  • Participate in original research topics using 360T’s unique datasets
  • Prepare periodic updates & actionable insights for distribution to senior audience at 360T largest clients
  • Work across departmental teams to support the data needs of internal partners & stakeholders, clients and regulatory bodies
  • Proactively share knowledge and promote best data practices with internal colleagues
  • Mentor junior team members



Your Profile

  • Mandatory: around 3+ years in quantitative analysis on the buy- or sell-side with a sound understanding of FX market structure, trading strategies and risk management principles
  • Experienced with time-series analysis, econometrics, and machine learning techniques
  • Strong Python and SQL skills with experience in numerical computing and statistical analysis
  • Experience using notebooks (e.g. Jupyter), Tableau or other data science tools for analysis and visualization
  • A self-starter, with a track record of working independently and achieve targets in a timely manner. Capability to multi-task and manage priorities
  • Outstanding reasoning skills, highlighted in your ability to identify pragmatic solutions aligned with the long-term goals
  • Possess excellent communication skills and able to confidently present data findings and ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Mathematics, statistics, computer science, quantitative finance or data science degree
