Senior Python Developer / Backend Developer

A Health Tech is looking for a Python Developer. You'll be joining the founding team; 2 co-founders, a Tech Lead and an ML Engineer.

The Role:

• Develop browser extensions and desktop applications. Windows and MacOS for our core user interfaces and internal tools.
• Create web applications for AI agent audits, data visualisation, and model performance validation, leveraging existing open-source solutions where possible.
• Design and implement robust pipelines for AI models, optimising for reliability and scalability.
• Collaborate closely with AI engineers to ensure product development aligns with business objectives.
• Write clean, maintainable, defensible, and scalable code with a high bar for quality.
• Thoughtful about edge cases (“anything that can go wrong will go wrongˮ).

Experience:

• Strong in Python.
• 3+ years experience.
• Track record of building scalable systems that have AI/ML components.
• Worked in a start-up.
• Comfortable joining a company in stealth.
