Data Entry Administrator

Project Support Administrator –6-month contract – Dublin (2 days a week onsite) – Outside of IR35

My Customer is seeking a proactive and organised Project Support Administrator to join their team and play a key role in supporting the delivery of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) implementation project. Working closely with the Project Manager, you will help ensure the smooth execution of the project through effective coordination, communication, and process management.

While prior experience on a D365 or ERP implementation is beneficial, it is not essential. We’re looking for someone with a strong personality, excellent communication skills, and a structured approach to support our project in a fast-paced, agile environment.

The Project Support Administrator is required onsite 2 days a week in Dublin.

Key Responsibilities for the Project Support Administrator:

Provide administrative and process support to the Project Manager across all phases of the project lifecycle
Own and manage project communication workflows, ensuring key stakeholders are informed and aligned
Assist in scheduling meetings, tracking actions, maintaining documentation, and monitoring timelines
Coordinate across teams to ensure consistent reporting, issue tracking, and escalation processes
Support Agile project ceremonies (stand-ups, retrospectives, planning sessions)
Help maintain data integrity and support ERP-related tasks and updates
Skills & Experience from the Project Support Administrator:

Experience in a project support or administrative role, ideally within a technology or ERP environment
Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar platforms is desirable
Strong organisational skills with a detail-oriented mindset
Confident communicator with the ability to engage across all levels of the business
Comfortable working in an Agile delivery environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and project collaboration platforms (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, Jira, or similar)
Able to work both independently and collaboratively under pressure
